Osama Harfoush

Osama Harfoush

Osama Harfoush presently holds the role of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at WalaPlus, headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operating within the Human Resources sector. Specializing in loyalty and happiness programs for both employees and customers, WalaPlus has significantly expanded its regional presence since Harfoush's arrival in 2023. As CCO, he directs the company's commercial strategy and operations, overseeing both partnerships and business development teams.

 

Prior to his role at WalaPlus, Harfoush served as the Country Manager at Grubtech in Egypt, a UAE-based foodtech startup that focuses on cloud and dark kitchen solutions for restaurants. Commencing this position in 2022, he led Grubtech's expansion efforts and strategic initiatives in the Egyptian market. Preceding his time at Grubtech, Harfoush was the Country Manager at Marsool, a Saudi on-demand delivery app. With a wealth of over 15 years of experience in tech-based operations industries, his diverse background and leadership roles highlight his considerable expertise in the field
